Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right IT training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, be able to understand students' career goals, and convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, website, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
- Counsel students and parents about IT courses, career opportunities, and placement assistance.
- Explain course content, duration, fees, certifications, and placement process.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and student information in the CRM or Excel.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and placement teams for promotional activities and admission drives.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo lectures, and orientation programs.
- Assist students with documentation and admission formalities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve student queries professionally and promptly.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).




- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Certification in counselling or sales is an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
