### **Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced MS Teams Administrator with strong expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms and hands-on knowledge of Fortigate Firewall operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication across the organization, manage Teams Voice capabilities, and maintain secure network access.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **MS Teams Administration**: Configure, manage, and optimize Microsoft Teams, including policies, channels, user access, and integrations.

- **Teams Voice Management**: Administer dial pad, call routing, direct routing, and Teams Voice resource policies to ensure reliable enterprise telephony.

- **Collaboration Tools**: Support Office 365 applications, ensuring smooth interoperability with Teams.

- **Firewall Management**: Administer Fortigate firewalls, including VPN setup, security policies, and threat monitoring.

- **User Support**: Provide Tier 2/3 support for Teams-related issues, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance.

- **Security Compliance**:



Implement and enforce security standards across collaboration platforms and firewall systems.

- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track system performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in **MS Teams Administration** within enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in **Office 365 ecosystem** (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).

- Hands-on experience with **Fortigate firewalls** (VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAT policies).

- Proven knowledge of **Teams Voice** including dial pad, call routing, and resource policies.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network security fundamentals.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications (MCSA, NSE, Teams Voice Specialist) preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
