Job Summary

Network Academy is looking for passionate and technically skilled candidates who are interested in building a career as a Networking Faculty. Selected candidates will undergo training and mentoring to become skilled trainers capable of delivering high-quality networking courses and preparing students for industry certifications and placements.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication
- Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Hardware, or Polytechnic
- Candidates who have completed CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHCSA, or any Networking/System Administration course will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Undergo technical and teaching training provided by Network Academy.
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions after successful completion of the training period.
- Assist senior trainers in conducting networking and system administration classes.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and guide students during practical exercises.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and lab manuals.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Mentor students and provide technical guidance throughout the course.
- Support certification preparation and placement readiness.




- Conduct mock interviews and technical discussions.
- Keep up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, webinars, and promotional events organized by Network Academy.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have a basic understanding of:

- Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting
- Networking Fundamentals
- TCP/IP and IP Addressing
- Routing & Switching
- VLANs and Basic Network Security
- Windows Server or Linux Fundamentals (preferred)
- Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
