Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting software such as Tally Prime or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Generate GST invoices and e-way bills.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process employee reimbursements and coordinate payroll support.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Assist in budgeting and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.




- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and vendor management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
