- Schedule appointments and manage service booking slots.
- Organize periodic service reminder campaigns via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Promote AMC, RSA, Extended Warranty, and service package renewals.
- Maintain database of insurance expiries and execute renewal follow-ups.
- Support the service team with appointment bookings and workload distribution.
