Job Summary: (B.Ed. compulsory)
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, deep knowledge of English literature, and a strong commitment to fostering a love for language and literature in students. The TGT English Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, developing a stimulating classroom environment, and contributing to the academic success of students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging English lessons for students in grades [9th & 10th].
- Curriculum Development: Follow the school’s curriculum and guidelines while ensuring lessons are in line with educational standards. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct assessments (formative and summative), track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive,



disciplined, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Student Engagement: Use cutting-edge teaching aids, technology, and interactive methods to keep students engaged and excited about English language and literature.
- Supportive Role: Provide guidance and counseling to students, helping them with any academic or behavioral challenges.
- Co-Curricular Activities: Organize and participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, dramas, poetry recitations, and writing contests to develop students' language skills.
- Parental Communication: Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student performance, attendance, and areas for improvement.
- Professional Development: Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and other training programs to enhance teaching skills and keep up with the latest educational practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,800.00 - ₹40,800.00 per month
