will be responsible for providing assistance and support to
passengers from the moment they arrive at the airport until they
reach their final destination. Key Responsibilities: - Greet
passengers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome -
Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and other
pre-flight procedures - Provide information on flight schedules,
boarding procedures, and airport facilities - Escort passengers to
their designated departure gates - Assist passengers with special
needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Handle and resolve
any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely
manner - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth flow
of passengers - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all
times - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Stay
updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate
information to passengers - Perform other duties as assigned by the
supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -
Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Robust problem-solving and
decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible hours,
including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to stand
for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Must have a
valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Fluency in
