team as Ground Staff in our Ahmedabad, Gujarat location. As a
Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
and efficient operations of our flights. You will be responsible
for providing excellent customer service, handling passenger
inquiries and requests, and performing various administrative and
operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist
passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim
areas - Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes -
Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes -
Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support
- Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely departures and
arrivals - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless
operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a
skilled and timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and




organization of the terminal and boarding gates - Communicate
important information to passengers, such as flight delays or gate
changes - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a
safe travel experience for passengers - Perform administrative
tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping. Requirements: - High
school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Knowledge of
computer systems and basic office software - Flexibility to work in
shifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the
