Position: Passenger Service Agent Company Overview:

our passengers. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated
individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents. Job
Description: As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible
for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at
the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting passengers
and assisting them with check-in procedures - Handling baggage and
ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight -
Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the
aircraft - Providing information and assistance to passengers with
special needs or requests - Resolving any issues or complaints from
passengers in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with
other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation -
Following all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety




of our passengers and crew - Maintaining a neat and organized work
area at all times - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer
knowledge - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy
baggage - Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage. We
