With a fast-paced startup comes fast growth and were hiring a Finance Executive to take full ownership of payouts, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management.
About the Role:
Role: Finance Executive
Department: Finance & Accounting
Industry: Logistics / Rentals / Ecommerce
Location: On-site (Andheri East, Mumbai)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (6 days/week)
Stipend: 3-4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end bookkeeping and daily financial record maintenance
GST reconciliation, filing, and return preparation (GSTR 1, 3B, etc.)
TDS calculation, payment, and timely TDS return
Manage purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor payments
Maintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reports
Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with statutory norms
Operate on Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets for all accounting workflows
Generate and manage e-invoicing, e-way bills, credit notes
Conduct vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
Prepare periodic reports for internal audits and management reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a finance/accounts role
Strong command of Zoho Books, Tally, and Google Sheets
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accountability
Preferred Skills:
Tally, Zoho Books, GST Filing, TDS Return, Book Keeping, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase/Sales Entry, E-Way Bill, Vendor Payments, E-Invoicing, Credit Notes
