We are currently seeking freshers to join our team as Check-in
Executives at the airport. As a Check-in Executive, you will be
responsible for assisting passengers with their check-in process
and ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding experience. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the check-in
counter - Verify travel documents and ensure they are valid -
Assist passengers with the check-in process and issue boarding
passes - Weigh and tag baggage and ensure it meets airline
regulations - Handle any special requests or accommodations for
passengers - Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless boarding




process - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a
professional and timely manner - Follow all safety and security
procedures as per airline regulations - Maintain a clean and
organized check-in area at all times Requirements: - Minimum high
school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic
environment - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline
reservation systems - Willingness to work in shifts, including
weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to stand
for long periods of time - Previous experience in customer service
or hospitality is a plus, but not required - Freshers are welcome
