India Head - Strategy Comms Firm
Role Summary
The India Head is responsible for leading Strategy Comms Firm's business, strategic growth and market
presence in India. The role drives commercial performance, client leadership, delivery
excellence and institutional engagement while strengthening the firm's position across
corporate, public policy and strategic advisory sectors. Working closely with the leadership
team, the India Head will lead business expansion, build high-value partnerships and represent
across key national and international platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Profitability
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and the overall commercial performance of the
India business.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic client relationships.
• Lead commercial proposals, negotiations and key client acquisitions.
• Develop long-term growth strategies aligned with the firm's vision.
Client Leadership
• Serve as the senior advisor for key client relationships across India.
• Counsel CXOs, Boards and leadership teams on strategic communications, reputation
management and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive client retention, account growth and long-term advisory partnerships.
Delivery Excellence
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across strategic
communications, public affairs, research, digital and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, execution and client impact.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and establish delivery frameworks that support




operational excellence and growth.
Strategic Partnerships & International Engagement
• Build and strengthen relationships with think tanks, academic institutions, chambers of
commerce, trade bodies, international organisations and strategic partners.
• Lead Strategy and participation in international conferences, leadership forums and
industry platforms.
• Identify cross-border collaboration opportunities that enhance the firm's capabilities
and global presence.
• Represent Company in high-level engagements with policymakers, industry leaders,
investors and institutional stakeholders.
Market Development & Thought Leadership
• Strengthen Organization market positioning through strategic initiatives and executive
engagement.
• Lead thought leadership programmes including research reports, white papers,
executive roundtables and policy discussions.
• Identify emerging sectors, market trends and opportunities for recent service offerings.
Leadership & Organisation
• Build and lead a high-performing India team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
• Support organisational planning, capability development and long-term business
