Implement and configure F&O; modules related to finance and billing, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow Management. Assist clients with testing activities. Investigate and analyse reporting issues and work with a developer on the fix Required Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; finance and billing modules. Experience with reporting and analytics tools. Functional Skills: Deep understanding of finance and billing processes, including general ledger,



accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, and tax compliance. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience with industry-specific finance and billing practices Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid customer service orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance and Operations. Proven track record of successful F&O; implementations. Knowledge of other ERP systems or finance software. At least 5 years of work experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; in a similar position Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client satisfaction ratings. Issue resolution completion on time and within budget. Quality of deliverables and solutions. Effective knowledge transfer to client teams.
