PAM - Key Responsibilities o Operational Maintenance o
Monitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments o Perform
routine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArk
infrastructure o Ensure high availability and performance of
CyberArk services Technical Support Troubleshooting o Provide L2L3
support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PAS o Investigate and
resolve incidents service requests and performance issues o
Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex
issues Integration Onboarding o Support onboarding of custom web
applications and thirdparty systems o Assist in implementing and
maintaining custom connectors o Ensure secure integration with
enterprise applications and databases Documentation Knowledge
Sharing o Maintain uptodate documentation for operational
procedures and configurations o Create knowledge base articles and
SOPs for recurring issues and tasks o Conduct training sessions and
provide guidance to internal teams and customers Security
Compliance o Implement and enforce secure access policies for
privileged accounts o Ensure compliance with internal security
standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications 6 to 8 years




of experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions for an
enterprise Bachelor's degree in information technology computer
science or a related discipline Knowledge and understanding across
a wide range of technology domains and application frameworks and
have ability to quickly grasp relationships of various disciplines
Excellent communication skills with strong business and technical
vision Experience demonstrating robust self motivation and
accountability. Requirements Strong understanding of Privileged
Access Management PAM principles Handson experience with CyberArk
CORE PAS Conjur and AAM Familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and
custom connector development Proven troubleshooting and
problemsolving skills in enterprise environments Experience in
supporting and maintaining CyberArk infrastructure Relevant
CyberArk certifications eg Defender Sentry CDEGuardian are highly
desirable Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate
