2026 Remuneration: To discuss expectations Overall Purpose As a CNC
Programmer , you will be responsible for setting up and operating
CNC machinery to produce high-precision components for aeronautic
applications. This role involves solid technical skills and
attention to detail to ensure that all parts meet stringent




specifications and quality standards. Job Description: Set up and
operate CNC machines for the production of aerospace components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create CNC
programs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC
equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineers
and design teams to refine and enhance manufacturing processes.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry
standards and safety regulations. Participate in team projects
aimed at improving efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.
Job Requirements: 10-12 years of proven experience as a CNC
Programmer or Operator in the aerospace sector. Proficient in CNC
programming languages (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, etc.). Strong
understanding of machining processes and materials used in
aeronautics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and
fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a
plus. Willingness to work on-site in North Bengaluru, India.
