Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across technical and non-technical roles. The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in ATS or Excel.




- Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus drives, and social media hiring campaigns.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring for IT and non-IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and basic HR operations.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
