We have developed Crewzy, a modern cloud-based HR Management System (HRMS) designed to simplify employee management, attendance, leave, recruitment, performance, and HR operations for businesses of all sizes.

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Jr Digital Marketing Executive who can drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and help scale our HR software business through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Crewzy HRMS platform.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and email marketing.
- Generate B2B leads through digital channels and marketing automation.
- Manage company website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Create and publish product announcements, newsletters, blogs, and case studies.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, infographics,



and promotional videos.
- Coordinate product launches, webinars, and online marketing events.
- Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in SaaS, Software, or IT products.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Ads, Instagram Marketing, and YouTube promotion.
- Good understanding of content marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
