Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 years of experience to manage financial transactions, ensure statutory compliance, and support overall financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel)
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance
- Good understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
