Job Title: Account Manager
Company: Aimlay Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Rohini, Delhi (D Mall, Sec-10)
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns proactively.
- Track account metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for seamless client servicing.

Requirements:





- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
