Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hair Trainer to join our team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hairdressing, treatments, and styling, with proven experience as a trainer. This role requires delivering high-quality education and mentoring students to achieve professional standards.

Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical sessions in haircutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum
- Mentor students, address queries, and prepare them for certifications and careers in the beauty industry
- Conduct internal assessments and ensure students are industry-ready
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety,



and professional training standards
- Stay updated with global hair trends, techniques, and products to enrich student learning

Requirements

- Mandatory: Prior experience as a trainer/educator in Hairdressing/Trichology
- Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing/Trichology (required)
- Minimum 1+ year of training experience in Hairdressing/Styling
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students
