Graphic Designer – Advertising Agency

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. The candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality advertising creatives for newspapers, magazines, hoardings, outdoor media, transit media, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design newspaper advertisements as per publication specifications.
- Create creative layouts for hoardings, billboards, bus shelters, lift branding, auto branding, metro branding, kiosks, and other OOH media.
- Develop print-ready artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Modify and resize existing creatives according to different media sizes.
- Prepare high-resolution files (PDF, CDR, AI, EPS) for printing and production.
- Ensure all artwork meets printing standards, including bleed, margins, CMYK color mode, and resolution requirements.
- Coordinate with the media buying and client servicing teams to understand client requirements.
- Make revisions based on client feedback within the given timelines.
- Create brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, banners, standees, posters, visiting cards, and branding materials.




- Maintain organized folders of editable source files and project archives.
- Stay updated with current advertising, design, and typography trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of CorelDRAW (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Valuable understanding of print production and outdoor advertising specifications.
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of preparing print-ready files for newspapers and large-format printing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in an advertising agency or print media industry.
- Knowledge of Flex, Vinyl, ACP signage, and large-format printing.
- Basic understanding of Canva and AI design tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or print design environment.
