We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Videographer & Content Creator to help tell our story through engaging, high-quality video content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots based on the company's content calendar and creative briefs.
- Capture engaging vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Record founder videos, employee interviews, customer testimonials, product demonstrations, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create visually compelling B-roll showcasing products, office culture, team activities, and field operations.
- Develop creative hook shots and storytelling sequences to maximize audience engagement.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, camera movement, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
- Organize, label, and maintain all raw footage and upload files to cloud storage without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute content strategies and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content creation techniques.

Required Skills

- Experience shooting short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in smartphone videography (iPhone or flagship Android devices) and mirrorless cameras.
- Knowledge of natural and artificial lighting techniques.




- Experience using wired and wireless microphones for professional-quality audio.
- Ability to shoot talking-head videos, product showcases, office culture, and cinematic B-roll.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internships, freelance work, college projects, or a strong content creation portfolio will be given preference.
- Passion for social media, videography, and visual storytelling is essential.
- A personal portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or sample videos demonstrating videography skills will be an added advantage.

Daily Responsibilities

- Plan daily shoots according to the marketing content calendar.
- Capture office activities and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Record customer testimonials and client success stories.
- Shoot founder and leadership communication videos.
- Create product demonstration videos.
- Organize, back up, and upload footage to cloud storage.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for upcoming campaigns and content requirements.
