We are seeking an ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Support Executive to support, configure, and maintain our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP solutions such as Odoo or Frappe/ERPNext (preferred), or any other ERP platform.

The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring ERP modules, providing day-to-day support to internal departments, and coordinating with the development team for enhancements, bug fixes, and customizations. This is a functional role and does not involve software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support to internal departments and ERP users and clients.
- Understand business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure ERP modules based on business requirements and operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal developers for customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the technical team.
- Assist in ERP implementation, module rollout, and process improvements.
- Perform functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployments.
- Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions and assist users in adopting new ERP features.
- Monitor support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve business processes through ERP solutions.





Required Skills

- Experience working with any ERP software (Odoo or Frappe/ERPNext preferred).
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience in ERP configuration and functional support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and programming concepts.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in ERP implementation or ERP functional consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Com, MBA, or a related field.
- Experience supporting departments such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, or Operations.

Nice to Have

- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs and ERP integrations.
