Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.




- Prepare daily reports of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
