Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and converting calls into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain proper records of calls and update customer data in the system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers/prospects
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales,



or customer service preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi]
- Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Skills Preferred:

- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Prior exposure to CRM tools or call center software (added advantage)
- Target-oriented mindset

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours:, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
