Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an Import-Export company and good knowledge of accounting and taxation related to trading businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Handle purchase, sales, and expense accounting
- Manage GST compliance including GST returns and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain TDS workings and filings
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss statements
- Handle documentation and accounting related to import and export transactions
- Conduct party ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and logistics teams for financial compliance
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally / ERP systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of import-export documentation and accounting entries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and organizational skills

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Additional certification in accounting or taxation will be an advantage

Experience Required

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
