We are looking for passionate, energetic, and results-driven Branch Managers to lead our salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the salon team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Handle billing, cash collection, petty cash, and daily reporting.
- Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Implement and maintain company SOPs and operational policies.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations, promotions, and reporting.

Working Hours

This position follows a rotational shift schedule. Candidates must be willing to work either of the following shifts:

- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekly shift allocation will be based on operational requirements. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and public holidays,



with weekly offs provided as per company policy.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in salon, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with good business and sales acumen.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS/Billing Software, Email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Branch Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Retail Manager.
- Knowledge of salon operations and customer service standards.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
