To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP AMS Support & Operations • Manage day-to-day SAP PI/PO and CPI AMS activities including incident resolution, problem management, change requests, and performance optimization. • Monitor integration interfaces, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely incident closure as per SLAs. • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term fixes. • Maintain technical documentation for interfaces, system landscapes, and change histories. • Work closely with Basis, Functional, and Business teams to ensure reliable production operations. ________________________________________ ✅ 2. Integration Design & Development • Gather integration requirements from business process owners, architects, and functional consultants. • Design and develop integration scenarios using SAP PO (AEX / Dual Stack), SAP CPI, and SAP API Management. • Build interfaces using: o IDoc, RFC, Proxy o SOAP, REST, OData o File, SFTP, JDBC, JMS o EDI formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) • Configure and optimize mappings: o Graphical o Message Mapping o XSLT o Java Mapping ________________________________________ ✅ 3. SAP CPI Cloud Integration • Develop and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI. • Manage tenants, security artifacts, certificates, and key stores. • Configure adapters such as HTTPS, SFTP, SuccessFactors, OData, SOAP, AS2, IDoc, etc. • Handle CPI monitoring, trace analysis, message processing logs, and retries. • Implement content-based routing, exception handling, groovy scripting, and payload mapping.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management • Independently manage small to mid-size integration projects end-to-end including planning, execution, and delivery. • Participate in requirement workshops, solution design reviews, and technical walkthroughs. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Provide effort estimates, prepare design documents, and ensure on-time delivery. • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and integration governance guidelines. ________________________________________ ✅ 5. Testing & Quality Assurance • Prepare and execute unit test cases, integration test plans, regression test scenarios, and support UAT. • Analyze logs across PI/PO RWB, ESR, Message Monitoring, NWA, and CPI tools. • Validate error handling mechanisms, reprocessing capabilities, and system performance. • Ensure adherence to best practices, performance guidelines, and coding standards. ________________________________________ ✅ 6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Identify process improvement areas and recommend automation or migration opportunities. • Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability. • Support migration initiatives such as: o PI/PO to CPI migration o On-premise to cloud integration transformations • Stay updated with SAP integration roadmap (BTP, Event Mesh, API-led integration). _________
