Job Description: Event Chefs - Mumbai

We are seeking highly skilled and agile Event Chefs to join our culinary team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and weddings. Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Develop and execute innovative and diverse menus tailored to client specifications, event themes, and dietary requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation for events, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Manage and lead a culinary team during events, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow from setup to cleanup.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with event planners, clients, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs while minimizing waste without compromising quality.
- Adapt culinary techniques and menu items to accommodate various event sizes, locations, and equipment availability.
- Conduct pre-event kitchen setup, including equipment checks, mise en place organization, and station assignments.
- Oversee post-event kitchen breakdown, cleaning, and proper storage of food and equipment.
- Innovate and stay updated with current culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance event offerings.
- Handle unexpected challenges and last-minute requests with professionalism and efficiency.
