Title – Sr. Executive

Department – Sea Imports - Consol

Reporting to – Deputy GM Clearance & Consol/ Directors

Location – Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- To handle import console-related activities—IGM filing, Pricing, DO issuance, amendments, etc.
- Coordination with overseas agents, clients, importers, S. lines, and customs brokers.
- Should handle processes and procedures related to IGM filing, SCMTR, DO issuance, bonds for consol, etc and should be able to handle them independently.
- Handling of shipments Pan India.

Required Qualifications:

- Should be working for a minimum of 8-12 years in imports consolidation Dept. handling sea imports consol.
- Should have knowledge of S.line portals, ODex, and other similar software and portals—should be using them and working on them.
- Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel,



Word & Microsoft Office.
- Should be fluent in English communication with fluency in reading & writing.
- Should be able to handle pressure, work late if required and be proactive.

Education: Graduate preferred but work experience & knowledge is significant.

Salary Range: max up to 55-60 thousand per month gross
