We are a Dubai-based surveying company expanding our operations to Adoor and are looking for motivated Drafting Professionals to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have solid drafting skills and experience in preparing architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Candidates with experience in point cloud data processing, LiDAR, or laser scanning projects will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify architectural plans, sections, and elevations.
- Create accurate 2D drawings from survey and point cloud data.
- Work with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drafting and documentation.
- Ensure drawings meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to deliver work within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and drafting standards.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new technologies and workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with point cloud data (LiDAR / Laser Scanning).
- Knowledge of digital surveying and mapping workflows.
