Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure hospital premises to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and property.
- Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and fire safety situations.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with hospital security protocols.
- Assist in crowd management, traffic control, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate with hospital management and local authorities when required.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, NABH standards,



and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Physically fit with good observation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of emergency response, fire safety, and security procedures.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of handling stressful situations professionally.
