Outgoing and pleasing personality, knowledge of foreign language

Ensures guests are personally welcomed and escorted on arrival.

Facilitates the efficient arrival and departure formality for all guests.

Actively elicits guest feedback and preferences regarding hotel services and ensures action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsible for maintaining and updating guest history details.

Personally ensures that appropriate arrangements are made for all special/VIP guests prior to their arrival (room block, room check, amenities etc.).

Coordinates the delivery of all special amenities and felicitation to guests.

Coordinates all special Public Relation Activities with regard to important and VIP guests (e.g. traditional welcome, photographs, guests comment registers, press releases etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,408.80 per month
