We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, support talent acquisition, and help build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support in a timely and professional manner.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Good to Have

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in the media, digital marketing, healthcare, or startup ecosystem.
