We are seeking a recent Motion graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Coordinating with social team, web designer, paid marketing, and colleagues as necessary.
- Communicating with enterprise clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of images and videos across multiple formats including social media creatives, paid marketing creatives, web banners, emailers, brand or themed landing pages, event promotions, etc. with designing / motion graphic softwares such as photoshop and after effects.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company and also follow brand guidelines.




- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Demonstrable social media design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Understanding of social media posts, paid marketing creatives, website design, brand guidelines, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Digital creatives – CTA, logo placements, color combination, etc.
- Flexibility – Ability to work under-pressure.
- Experience with Desktop publishing tools, graphic design software and motion graphics software.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics or related field preferred.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic designing and motion graphics.
- Must have social media posts designing, paid marketing creatives and video creation.
- Must have good communication, writing and reading skills in English.
- Must have agency experience and should have worked for enterprise-clients.
