This is a full-time, in office role for an Interior Designer located in our Dwarka Office. The Interior Designer will be responsible for daily tasks such as overseeing from Mood Board to Interior Concepts, Working Drawings, collaborating with the design and build teams, managing client expectations, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Bachelor’s/ Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

~ Expertise in Interior Design.

~ Proficiency in using design tools/software. Preferably well versed with CAD & 3ds Max, Sketchup & rendering softwares.

Experienced in leading projects from start to completion,



combining hands-on site supervision with advanced proficiency in 2D/3D design software, with a sharp eye for Interior detailing and construction documentation.

~ Experienced in designing functional, visually impactful, and sustainable Interior spaces by translating client visions into well-executed, compelling design solutions.

~ Proficient in development presentation materials-including mood boards, concept sketches and space plans.

~ Translate project briefs into detailed space plans. Review and approve shop drawings across trades, ensuring design accuracy and coordination. Specify all design elements while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

~ Experience in space planning, colour coordination, and material selection to enhance Interior aesthetics, optimise space utilisation, and create cohesive, visually appealing design solutions.

~ Skilled in blending modern trends and timeless design principles to create compelling interior concepts that elevate both functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces through thoughtful design and planning.

~ Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to finalize design specifications. Perform site inspections, manage snagging processes, and provide expert guidance to identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
