We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales
Development Representative to join our team in Bangalore. In this
role, you will identify key decision-makers within accounts and
generate qualified opportunities through targeted outreach to
outbound prospects, fostering long-term relationships for business
growth. Key Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead
generation for account executives and sales managers. Update and
manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information
in the CRM. Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified
opportunities. Identify influencers and key decision-makers within
targeted accounts. Build rapport and establish long-term
relationships with prospects. Conduct outreach through various
communication channels including calls and emails. Collaborate with




the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies. Analyze
performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.
Required Qualifications Must-Have: 2-3 years of experience in
outbound calling in the North American market. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in lead
generation. Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the technology or software industry. Compensation and
