Scoutreach is a B2B lead-gen agency that books qualified meetings for companies worldwide. We're looking for someone who basically lives in the inbox — turning cold email replies into booked calls.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling high-volume cold email replies with speed & empathy
• Converting interested prospects into scheduled meetings
• Spotting patterns → suggesting template & copy improvements
• Reporting daily metrics (replies, meetings booked, learnings)

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 1+ year experience managing cold email / SDR inboxes
• Strong written English (clear, natural, qualified)
• Experience with tools like Gmail, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
• Self-discipline & comfort working with KPIs / targets

Nice to have (not required):

• Sales / business development background
• Understanding of deliverability & A/B testing

Compensation:
Base salary + bonus for every qualified meeting booked
Clear KPIs + uncapped upside
