Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and
customer-oriented Ground Staff Ticket Checker or Cabin Crew to join
our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires
individuals who are passionate about the aviation industry and
excel in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding
gates - Check and verify passengers' tickets and travel documents -
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Ensure the safety and
comfort of passengers during the flight - Conduct pre-flight checks
and assist with the boarding process - Handle and resolve any
customer complaints or issues - Collaborate with other team members
to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Adhere to all safety




and security protocols and procedures - Maintain a professional and
courteous demeanor at all times Requirements: - High school diploma
or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service, preferably
in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when
necessary - Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages is a
plus - Valid passport and able to obtain necessary travel documents
