The individual will ensure high availability, optimal performance, and endu2011tou2011end incident resolution across customer environments. This role involves managing complex technical issues, validating critical service changes, supporting service ramp-up activities, executing health checks, and contributing to continuous improvement of monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.nn## What you will donn * Deliver expert endu2011tou2011end technical support for Unified Communications services.n * Provide inputs for planning, assessment, implementation, rollout, and complex change preparation.n * Validate service-impacting changes executed by second-line teams.n * Resolve technical issues raised by external customers within defined service levels.n * Guide customer technical teams on resolving service-impacting incidents.n * Conduct and enhance monitoring using scripting and existing tools.n * Build knowledge within the team and support continuous service improvements.n * Manage technical service ramp-up including installation, configuration, and coordination of setup tasks.n * Set and manage service expectations with customers and internal stakeholders.n * Build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners to maintain SLA compliance.n * Define, execute,



and close proactive health checks for Unified Communications systems.n * Participate in technical audits and close identified gaps.n * Perform incident, problem, and root-cause management for P1/P2 issues.nnnn## Who you arenn * Expert-level knowledge of SBC, IP networks, and mobile networks.n * Strong expertise in Oracle SBC configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.n * Experience in enterprise environment operations and maintenance.n * Expert knowledge of SIP and RTP protocols and Oracle SBC deployment.n * Expertise in at least two areas: VOIP, IMS, GSM, LTE.n * Understanding of virtualisation and cloud computing.n * Experience working in a multinational setting.n * English proficiency at B2u2013C1 level.n * Desired: knowledge of routing protocols, cloud and signalling standards; scripting proficiency; ITIL understanding; ability to operate in highu2011pressure environments.nnnn## Not a Perfect Fit?nnConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
