Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit

- Oversee patient care and ensure treatment protocols are followed

- Guide and support staff nurses and dialysis technicians

- Handle vascular access care, cannulation, and complication management

- Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory of supplies

- Ensure infection control, documentation, and compliance

- Liaise with nephrologists, patients, and caregivers

- Maintain a safe, empathetic, and efficient care environment

Requirements

- Leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English communication

- Positive organizational and problem-solving ability
