Key Responsibilities


- Lead end -to -end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow development.

- Manage workflows, integrations, scripting, and platform customizations.

- Lead a team of developers and support team members.

- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.

- Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.

- Coordinate with cross -functional teams for project delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Support deployment activities and production releases.

- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.




Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

- Expertise in:

- ITSM

- ITOM

- CMDB

- Incident Management





- Change Management

- Service Catalog

- Flow Designer

- IntegrationHub

- Strong scripting knowledge:

- JavaScript

- Glide API

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- Client Scripts

- UI Policies

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Hands -on experience in Service Portal and UI Builder.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem -solving abilities.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.

- Experience in leading teams and managing client interactions.

- Ability to work independently and drive project delivery.

- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
