Key Responsibilities:nn * Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.n * Conduct initial interviews to assess candidatesu0027 skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable.n * Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.n * Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.n * Maintain timely and explicit communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.n * Track key recruitment metrics,
on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.n * Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).n * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. nnnnSkills and Qualifications:nn * 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.n * Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.n * Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.n * Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.n * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.n * Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.nnnnExperience of using any ATS platform is preferred.n
