Position: Guest Relations Executive/Patient Care Coordinator

Location:Yadgir,Karnataka

Salary - Starts from 12k

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient counseling to ensure understanding of treatments, medications, and next steps.
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with patients and guests.
- Assist patient relatives throughout the admission to discharge process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collect client feedback during the discharge process to help improve services.
- Work closely with the hospital staff to address patient concerns promptly.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in local language (spoken and written) is essential..
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills to handle admission and discharge documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate and prior experience in patient counseling, healthcare, or hospitality roles is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
