Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Executive to handle client counseling, visa documentation, and application processing. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through immigration procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client queries regarding study visa, work permit, PR, tourist visa, and dependent visa processes
- Collect, verify, and manage client documentation
- Prepare and process visa applications accurately
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for application processing
- Maintain CRM records and application status updates




- Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines and company processes
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred

- Experience in immigration, visa processing, counseling, customer support, or sales
- Knowledge of study visa and PR processes will be an advantage
