Position-CNC Plasma Cutting Programmer Department

Location: Vitech Heavy Equipments Pvt. Ltd. – Shahapur Plant

Vacancies: 3 Positions

Experience: Fresher or 1–2 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Draughtsman (Mechanical)

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹ 17,000 per month (Freshers) | ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (1–2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities For Freshers

- Prepare CNC plasma cutting programs based on engineering drawings under the guidance of senior programmers.
- Optimize plate utilization through effective nesting to minimize material wastage.




- Maintain CNC program records and support production documentation.

Candidates with 1–3 Years Experience

- Independently prepare and optimize CNC plasma cutting programs and nesting for production requirements.
- Troubleshoot programming and cutting-related issues while coordinating with the
- Design and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Desired Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of fabrication drawings and plate cutting processes.
- Willingness to learn CNC programming and nesting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to work in a manufacturing environment.
