We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our team and support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities: -

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations.

- Process sales orders and coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch for timely deliveries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

- Coordinate with the external sales team to ensure seamless customer support.

- Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM systems.

- Prepare sales MIS reports and support the achievement of monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Sales,



Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or B2B Sales.

- Experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, or Fasteners industry will be preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and ERP/CRM software.

- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
