We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 3 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and a strong focus on achieving targets.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (EdTech background preferred).

Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
