Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Proposal Specialist) to secure new business opportunities through private and government online portals. As the bridge between clients and our technical team, you will ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire projects through lead generation platforms.
- Write tailored proposals for web, desktop, mobile,



and cloud development projects.
- Maintain profiles and portfolios on lead generation portals.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear communication of client needs.
- Manage client communication and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience securing projects via lead generation platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with global client experience.
- Preferred technical knowledge in web, desktop, mobile, and cloud development (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record in IT sales/marketing roles, achieving targets and driving growth.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
