About the Role
Future Destination Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring US Recruiters to manage US client outreach and IT & Non-IT recruitment. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US client marketing through cold calling and email outreach.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process.
- Maintain client and candidate communication.
- Track daily activities and recruitment pipeline.

Required Skills





- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling US clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM or recruitment tools (preferred)
- Target-oriented and willing to work night shifts

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience.
- Experience in US Marketing, HR Recruitment, Telecalling, IT Sales, or Client Handling is a plus.
